2009....Already?

I can't believe its 2009 already! December was snow craziness. We got over a foot, and Monday night we got 3 inches. Seattle is supposed to have an annual snowfall of three inches. What is going on?! Now we are supposed to get 5-10 inches of rain!? ACK.

Steve is good. His kids were here for Xmas and New Year's. They are pretty cool kids. I think they liked me. We are exchanging presents this month, but I already gave him his clothes so he could wear them.

Whoa - Teeners needs a break

I've been so busy I feel like I have no time to myself! Work has been absolutely crazy, but I'm learning a ton and I'm sure once I get a nice OT paycheck I won't mind it so much.

Otherwise, things with Steve are going well. He's such a doll face. He accidentally broke my camera and called me from San Fransisco to tell me about it. I was thinking, well, why doesn't he just put duct tape on it? Then he said, "I but duct tape on it." I just started laughing. Awesome.

Mom, well Mom is still nutty. I don't know how much longer I can do this. Cameras, Birds, Mafia oh my. Its so stressing me out, and I feel like I can't offer all the help she needs, but I guess I can just do what I can.

Jenna's Wedding was on the 11th. We had a blast. S and I met a nice couple and well, I drank too much. Doesn't happen to often, but I made a show of myself, thankfully when we were out of the public!

'Possum Stomper

I was on my walk tonight and texting Jenny and not really paying attention to where I was going. I heard a cat noise. There are some cats that run up to me while I walk cuz I'm the crazy cat lady and have taken about the same walking route for years (different times though). I looked down and I had 1/2 stepped on a frickin' 'possum! OMG I totally freaked. So then I'm walking on the next block texting some friends the story and I see another one! I was being invaded or stalked. I guess that's what you get for exercising.

Whoa

So much has happened I don't know where to start!

Went on a 2 week vacation in August to King's Canyon Sequoia National Parks that was amazing! Billy, Kellie, Blake, Megan, Caitlin, Rowan, Chris, Larisa, Kyle, Ian, Mare, Carol, Steph, Michelle, Stevie, and I had a blast. We spent alot of time at Hume Lake, and we also went to Boyden Caven, Crystal Cave, General Grant and the General Sherman (below). It was really good to see everyone. I wish we could get together more often, but we all live so far apart! Michelle started at Chico State a couple of weeks ago. On her trip to Hawaii she got busted for drinking and got sent home early. Whooops! I guess she doesn't handle her alcohol that well! She just needs to learn her limits and she'll be fine. Ian is way hyper, and Kyle is such the opposite. Its strange. Bee's kids are all way cute and I just LOVE their accents! Kellie is such a doll face. She's awesome.

Things are going well at work. I'm learning how to do search engine optimization and its actually pretty cool. I'm still doing the escalations and working with David, which is always interesting.

S and I are still too cute in my opinion. We went to Bumbershoot last weekend. We basically walked around and shopped because we kept missing the show, or it was full. We gave up and came home early. This week we went out with Chelle on Wednesday for Jack's semi going away party. He's moving to Berkley to be with Erin. Those two just need to get married and get it over with! We are going to another party/BBQ for Jack on Saturday. Thank God its around the corner and I can roll home if need be. :) Tomorrow we are hanging out, but I have no clue what we are going to do. Maybe be tourists for a day!

Crayons

I still got that rush from opening that 64 Crayola Crayons box....still don't like to color!

Sick of not feeling good

So, I'm still not feeling well. I don't know if it was the India Bistro (which I think it was) but that was Sunday night. No clue what is going on.

I'm sad that I missed a Shag book signing in my backyard!! :( I didn't know about it!!!

I hope that my niece Mary Frances is okay. She had a couple of grand Mal seizures and they are running some tests. I can't talk to my mom about it. She would be a wreck. My brother Paul had those, well then not good.

Jae's 5 year wedding anniversary is this Friday! Whoa! Its nice to see such a great couple so happy. Bastards.

Need to improve on:

Show up earlier for work so I can leave earlier.
Communication.
Expression.
Control.

Spend more time with the kitties and mom.
